From 3d scanning of a complete BAE Systems Hawk fighter jet to domestic Airbus carbon wing spars, interior components to Embraer structural fuselage skins, helicopter gearboxes.

3D scanning can be used for measurement, inspection, reverse engineering, re manufacture digital twins, aerodynamic CFD modeling.

All our Faro 3D Laser scanners are certified and calibrated for aerospace industry use.

We have also designed and manufactured wing transport and paint jigs for Airbus.
