Position Summary:
As the Project Manager you have full responsibility for the successful delivery of all customer orders allocated to you by the Projects Manager.

You are responsible for:
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and prevailing business regulations• Ensuring customer satisfaction through your interface with them
• The successful delivery of all projects allocated to you
• Supporting sales in the process of winning workYour main duties include:
• Managing the successful delivery of customer orders allocated to you therefore ensuring customer satisfaction
• Carrying out risk management and change management as required
• Supporting invoicing and revenue recognition processes as required
• Issuing progress reports as required
• Support the sales department in winning work
• Supporting your projects leader as required
• Supporting the sharing of resources and customer orders across customer groups
• Following business processes
• Interfacing with Operations to ensure timely delivery of customer order information to the central / local supply chain functions
• Other appropriate activities as defined by the projects manager, customer group or business group management
You are expected to have the knowledge, skills and abilities to:

• Be proficient at delivering a variety of different project types
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the business• Understand the need to follow and improve TO’s project management methodology• Be good at organizing and prioritizing resources• Be good at building relationships and working within teams

You are likely to be education to:
• Degree qualified in an engineering or project management discipline
And have proven and successful experience of:
• Managing major projects of different types
• Working across cultural boundaries
• Successfully managing a project team• Managing direct reports
• Communicating effectively, both internally and externally
